Damn, liked the looks of this and so did my mum, any recommendations? After a stainless steel kettle or a silver one.

Thanks.

oooft don't get a stainless steel kettle, it never keeps clean, always looks grubby, did my head in, in the end and I bought a plain white kettle from Asda at £3.. best wee kettle we ever bought!

This Cookworks one is highly recommended by Which and is £17
"Cookworks Signature Silver Illuminated Jug Kettle"
Type that into Argos website and it should come up. It was one of the cheapest, highly recommended ones. HTH.

I have had this since November, and umm-ing and ahh-ing about taking it back - for one thing, it has discoloured badly, and more recently, has started "wrinkling" up in several places - like a plastic sheet over the stainless steel is crumpling! It almost disappears when cold, then comes back when used! Looks very tatty, and ordinary cleaning does nothing, presumably as it has this plastic coating, which appears NOT to be removable!

Can't say I can reccommend it

You are kidding?
It may be work, and be reliable, but the description "silver" is WILDLY optimistic for dirty dinge-grey

My car needs cleaning and looks better!
