O2 sim only on e2save 1 month free. Only need give 1 months notice to cancel at any time.

This appears to me to be 'just another boring' pump primer offer.
The only good point being the no tie-in contract - but then again most people are not looking to switch every 2 months: they just was a sound deal for the foreseeable.
Virgin are offering 300+500 for £15 (or discounted to £12 if you are a VirginMedia customer). That is far more sound to my thinking? No doubt most service providers will make an offer better than this is pushed by a renewing reliable customer?
