Boots have a cordless wet and dry one for £13. Its cereamic blades as well.
Its a very good little machine, and does 1mm cuts (very hard to find, most are 2 or 3mm at the lowest) which I use to hide the grey!

Do the cordless ones have enough power to do an all over cut on a male head with say a 2" length ??

Always worries me they would peg out half way through ??

I use a cordless one, philips I think, it's on Amazon. The one with the swivel head.

Anyway, it's far better than wired versions I've used before. Much quieter and cuts so much better! Battery last ages and you can use them plugged in too so you can never really run out.

hi are these actually any good?

I got a cheap thing like this ages ago and it doesn't cut my hair properly at all.

I'd be looking for number 1 or 2 all over my head will it cut it well?

Fair bit more expensive at £33.42, but well worth it IMO.

Look at the reviews.

At the moment I use the WAHL brand and they are fine but I do think after a time they lose their edge as it were and need replacing. Had these ones for 3 odd years and it's about time for a new set.

Let's face it they pay for themselves almost immediately, price of hairdressers nowadays.

I can't see why these shouldn't be OK but I've never used the brand so can't be 100%

yes, a charge is good enough for doing a full shaved head twice. never had it run out of juice. with cordless your not fighting the cable over the bath/shower cubicle all the time and makes for a much tidier shave. had wired before and wouldnt go back.
these are so good i got a second pair (tried others and they just werent the job) cos i plugged the first ones into the shaver only socket at a hotel and killed them!
