*unless of course it's the "Microsoft are ripping off the consumer, as I can get fifty times this much memory for half the price by connecting my console to a well remembered salmon and a car battery!" style post! cheers.

If there's lots of cold-voting with no explanation then your guess is prb right.

I've certainly not seen one cheaper outside of the 'offer instore-only in one store in the entire country' variety.

Yes it could be cheaper but it's still a deal and deserves heat just for being available to all.

I got one last week in the HMV sale for £30 my local store in Middlesbrough only had 5 (under the counter) , I would assume they are all gone now, but might be worth checking for that price.

for 360 it is a good deal but when you can get a 1tb external hd for £70 - its not that great of a deal
