Ok, first up, yes you can get cheaper 640GB's, and you can even get some 750GB drives for the same price. But this deal is for the "power pc" users who want a tip-top condition PC with all the performance they can get. If you are just after more storage, this deal is not for you so please dont vote cold, and just move along...
You can get free delivery at scan, and many of the HUKD veterans got "Scan Free Delivery For Life" a year or two ago when they ran the promotion. You can get free delivery here though: http://www.avforums.com/forums/computer-systems/633727-free-delivery-scan-forum-members.html
Anyway, this is one of the best performing drives on the market, and certainly so with 7200rpm drives - plus, the 32MB cache helps nicely too. Couple of forum threads with reviews etc:

Basically, for <£60, you are very unlikely to find a better performing drive, with as much storage, at the same price. And this price is currently the cheapest you can get it for, anywhere. So if your after a good performance drive over storage, this is for you!
Ordered one yesterday and will have it tomorrow. Again, since this is the cheapest you can get this model for, I felt it warranted a deal post - please do not vote cold just because it's more expensive than other 640GB drives - you get a 5 year warranty which you wont get with cheaper Samsungs, Hitachi's, Seagates etc. You are getting a much more reliable brand with a good RMA process, and you are getting a noticable amount of extra performance.
Hopefully the system builders and enthusiasts will appreciate this.
