Good deal, especially with the screen. Mike's deal did not include this ecode, and that has now expired anyway. 2 Things to upgrade here to get this deal.

1 - Core 2 Duo 2.0Ghz upgrade is free on the processor page.
2 - On the screen page, it is taking £19.99 off to upgrade the screen to a 1440x900 WXGA+ Screen!

These two should bring it down to £379.01 delivered.

Remember Quidco also @ 4% (exc VAT + Delivery) - should come to £12.49.

Would probably be worth spending an extra tenner for Wireless N wifi, plus, for those who surf in the dark, £20 for the backlit keyboard option would be worthwhile for the convenience, making a groovy machine for £409.

Whenever I see these Dell deals and I have a look at the customisation options, see loads of slight upgrades for something like £20, then by the time I get to the end, its double the price it started at!

Its an ok deal but not great, have the same spec but with bluetooth and and backlit keyboard which I got from dell outlet for £302 in Janruary

can any one help plz I want to buy a laptop about £300 for normel web browsing only. but I don't know anything about processor memory or screen resolution in easy word I don't know nothing. But I know one thing I need window xp dvd r/w and w/lan because I got sky wireless broadband. That's is nothing else plz try to send me pm if not then plz reply in this post. Thanx very much. Am I missing something here?

It seems to have a 1.83Ghz T5550 processor as standard, with an option for a 2GHz T5750 at a cost of £0.00.
