I've used palicom to buy a computer and recieved within a week. The warranty with the computer was with palicomp as it is custom built so to call their support line is 75p/min!! I just send them an email when there is anything wrong as they reply within 24 hours. The warranty for this monitor is not with palicomp I believe but with actual manufacturer so won't have this problem. Im just letting you know as many people may not have heard of this site and I have used them before so sharing my experience.
