Also bear in mind that you need to take three of these (alli/orlistat) a day, so 84 tablets is only one months worth. It's just as cheap to join a gym. Plus you'd save money on pants (see side effects!).

You have no to have an extremely low fat diet to use Alli. The manufacturers recommend you wear dark clothes and carry a change around with you. This is because when you fart (and you do a lot on these) you will follow through with a liquid fat spray. If you eat more than 15g of fat you won't even make it to the loo before your bowels empty out.

Is there any change off getting this off doctor if he dont consider you to be over weight?
They say im normal weight , but ive gone from 28 " to 30" and it feels a big difference to me , i have to wear s tops now instead of xs lol

I know wots done it , its pigging out on sweets , thats my only week thing i do , so trying hard to stop lol

Tried eating an apple a day but all i do is get a massive headace so i may try these....think ill just end up buying some though


I would just like to have it for a few weeks and hope to lose it within that time , is it possible with this stuff? , i do exercise but i dont always have time or feel like it , how long would it take to lose 2 "

I tried some other tablets of the internet but they made me feel ill and dizzy as i was exercising so hope these r better
