Are these particularly noisy? ie would they be Ok for the wife to watch tv at the same time or best put in another room?

Are these particularly noisy? ie would they be Ok for the wife to watch tv at the same time or best put in another room?
I didnt notice any noise when using one ,but i was trying it out instore , but i chatted away with a friend while on it , so im sure be able to watch tv while using it.

I always avoid buying things like these as ive never found one whats any good , always thought they were all lame until i sat on this one and now ive ordered one....it not like other ones what just vibrate you , it gives you a proper massage which feels like knuckles going in ya back

Best price youll find for this at the moment as ive been looking for a little while now for one and could never find one or find one at a good price as no way i would pay £200 for one but this is more of a fair price.

I ordered it on Boots.com on Friday night, and on Sunday I have received an email to say that my order has been cancelled without an explanation. :( Very annoyed, and now the website shows the item is out of stock again. It has been on the Boots website for at least 2 months as out of stock (I kept checking Boots website because it looks like a good deal) so jumped on it when I saw this post to say it's in stock. Now ... I am not so sure if I can trust Boots! Argh!

Got mine today and really pleased. Need to find the best chair to put it on to get real comfortable. heating for the back is good shoulders not so. Still hopefully will help my stiff back and shoulders over the coming months. Yes there is noise as you would expect but its not too bad and sure you would be able to hear the TV if volume on normal.

Got mine , must say i started to find it annoying to keep upright when watching tv like a div , as i like to relax and chill on sofa , not sit up like im in class , also found them a bit more painful then the one instore , maybe its cause i had less clothes on this time.

Ah well i took it back for a refund as i knew i would soon get bored of it and it would just end up stored away.

I was hoping you could lay this flat for inbed use or something , but it says you cant do that so another reason i didnt want it
