Last week there was a £25 voucher code, no minimum spend. I used it on three of them and it worked, tried my luck on each of them again and it said invalid.

I'm guessing the codes are valid once per account number, each time you join with another partner you are given a new account number. Accounts and credit are non-transferable, so as far as they / you are concerned, they trade and account as standalone companies, although they are all owned by Shop Group.
