I'll be first in with the " Voting cold as if it goes wrong 1.5TB is too much to loose"

Failure rate 0.34% which is about standard on 1TB+ drives be it form Samsung, WD, Hitachi.

Wrong reason to vote cold, the whole point is if this is the cheapest price? isn't it?

Please advise why posts are not allowed to ebuyer .... they have never let me down - used them for years and I recommend them.

I recently changed my 500GB drive as it was driving me nuts, very very noisy even when idling.
When I took it out It was a Seagate Barracuda, 7200.10.
Bit the bullet and bought another Seagate Barracuda but this time it was a 7200.11 and the difference is amazing, very quiet.
Have since read that the 7200.10 were known to be very noisy compared to similar size and spec drives.
