This won't appeal to the majority but these collectors statues seem to go for around the £60-70 mark, so £19.99 doesn't seem like a bad price. All you need now is KK Downing (still full price on play unfortunately) and Rob Halford and you're away!

Glenn Tipton is one of the lead guitarists (and occasional keyboard player) for the English heavy metal band Judas Priest. Tipton is known for his complex, sometimes classically influenced solos and his double lead guitar trades with fellow Judas Priest guitarist K.K. Downing. This 9" statue is officially licensed and is hand-painted, hand-numbered and has a certificate of authenticity.

Good evening Hamster, been watching from a distance. I still visit the site regularly, just not posted much lately. I did manage to get one of those Acer Aspire's from Tesco for Mrs Yaffle so I posted on that thread to tell everyone

This is a good buy for a Judas Priest/rock fan or collector as these figures are officially licenced & individually numbered. The quality looks pretty good too and I can see these go for a lot more elsewhere.

The cold votes are obviously against the group/music genre or out of ignorance of the prices of these collectable & limited edition statues. If I don't know about the deal subject or have any idea of the usual prices I don't vote. There are plenty of people that don't think like that, but you get used to it

Excellent Statue, will get one of these ordered. Got some great Rock iconz statues on the book case.Glenn is a legend, and a great guy. So is KK.

Makes me wonder how many good deals are missed because of ignorant voting? Completely agree with your voting ethic. Its about whether a deal being offered is good value or not, simple as that.

Nice, ordered me one of these.

Glenn is one of the few good Knucklebonz statues. They started out with a Randy Rhodes which was terrible. The second Rhodes, which came out last year but is currently only available on back order, actually looks like him.

They did a Zakk Wylde which wasn't bad, and Slash and Hendrix ones which were good, but then did Freddie Mercury, Brian May and Angus Young which were all terrilble. The worst is yet to come though.

My personal view of their output:

Randy Rhodes 1: Poor
Zakk Wylde: OK
Dimebag Darrell: Good
Angus Young: Awful
Malcolm Young: Awful
Slash: Very Good
George Lynch: Very Good
Keith Emerson: Very Good
Glenn Tipton: Very Good
