Miele G1152SC 12 place dishwasher in Polaris White - £404.34 delivered with 5 year (2+3) warranty promotion @ Co-op Electrical

I have researched all this morning.

Quidco 2% also available bring this down to under £400 (£396.25)

I have ordered the above after speaking with Miele.co.uk. This model number is a 'special' with a sloped front & excluding digital display, made exclusively for the CO-OP. Apart from that, it is identical in every way to G1143SC. The cheapest I could find that was for about £525.00 delivered.

The G1022 is a lesser model that can be bought for about £420 too, but it is not included in the extra 3 year warranty promotion.

Whenever Which magazine do a review of "white goods" (washing machines, dishwashers etc)
then Miele always come out on top.

Never owned one but I gather they are very well made and last for years.

This will probably last twice as long as a cheaper model from another company (but not be twice the cost)

Well I have just had a made in Germany AEG (as I'm not too sure they all are now) pack up after 14 years service. I would expect the same again from this product. Time will tell though.

Oh well, I should of looked harder. I got too excited with my find. I think www.electrical123.com are owned by CO-OP. I'm going to phone up and see what I can do.

Miele make great appliances - especially washing machines and dishwashers. We've had ours for 10.5 years and they look like new inside and out despite being used every day (their white plastic and paint/enamel doesn't go yellow like other brands). IMO the build quality is as good as it gets for home appliances.

Miele may initially cost a little (or sometimes a lot) more than other brands but I reckon the cost per year ends up being on a par with cheaper brands and you don't have the hassle of breakdowns/leaks/replacing.

Rather surprisingly, Miele also make honey for the French, I saw it in a supermarket last year

so annoyed was looking for ages for a dishwasher for my mum!! really wanted a Miele! but ended up gettin a AEG for her with a 5 year warranty from JL £382

pleased with that deal tho as made by same company i believe!!!

and GERMAN of cause the best engineers!
