You can swim for free with special bottles of Schweppes Abbey Well water; just hand over the bottle cap at a participating pool. Promotional caps are on special packs of 750ml still sportscap bottles and 500ml still and sparkling bottles.
Each promotional cap entitles one free swim at a participating public pool or leisure centre for anyone of any age on a Monday, although entry is at the pools discretion, so its worth phoning ahead. The offer excludes Bank Holidays, and the last date that promotional caps can be redeemed is Tuesday 2 February 2010.
For each free swim claimed, Schweppes will donate £1 towards helping to get Britain swimming in the run up to the London 2012 Olympics, whilst caps will be recycled.
