Sainsbury's wines on 'SALE' most reduced to £2 - £3 a bottle

Sainsbury's are obviously having a clear out of some of their wines to make way for new stuff. There are many wines marked 'SALE' and really cheap.
I bought Monmessin Beaujolais Villages for £2.50 a bottle, but there are a range of rose, whiltes and reds (gallo winemakers seal, Oz and Californian White Zinfandel, Chardonnay, shiraz etc) all down at least 50% to between £2 and £3 a bottle.
if you fancy something special, there was also a Jadot Meursault down from £24.99 to £12 a bottle. 2006 vintage.
some great deals to be had.

Forget the cheap stuff, its an opportunity to get some quality wines to put away. Heat added, some great bargains, I bought
Lanson Rose label champers down from £30 to £15 a bottle (also cheaper brands available) Sainburys Taste the difference Chateau neuf Du Pape down from £14 to £7 Wolf Blas President Shiraz £13 down to £6.50 Cote Du Rhones down from £6 to £3 oh, yes and a loaf of bread that I went in for. Didn't see any Jadot Meursault down from £24.99 to £12, so might go back for some milk later  |

Thanks, picked up some Chateau neuf Du Pape for £6, only had 2 bottles left though!! Heat, and rep for both of you!! - £6 a bottle was good, had to pay a £1 more for mine. Going to try a different store tomorrow - might get some different bargains  |
