This is a media PC, lacking a gaming graphics card. You should be able to add a discrete graphics card to this, assuming there's a slot for it, but you're probably looking at spending another £80 on top to get a semi-decent one (Radeon 4770 is the current choice AFAIK)
If you want a Quad core machine because you have programs that will take advantage of it, this is a reasonable computer. Tom's Hardware recently did a comparison on the number of cores to see how much of an effect they have, so it might be worth checking that out:-
