In my experience these come non-assembled, ie they need much more work to fit than ready to fit systems.

Cheap if you know how to fit them otherwise you're looking at a £25 bill (at least) to fit.

Plenty of local bike shops would do the same brake at £50 with free fitting i reckon.

If they come pre-bled however all of what ive said is rubbish and its a great deal

I think you need a separate lever/hose. Installation would be bolting the rotor to your hub, bolting the caliper to your fork/frame, screwing the hose onto the lever and caliper and filling/bleeding the system (fill it with the bleeder a little loose) tighten the bleeder when oil starts to flow and you're there.

If you have shimano centre lock hubs then yes.
If you have 6 bolt hubs then you can but you will need an adaptor or a different rotor.
If you have non disc hubs then you would need new wheels.

You also need to have tabs on your frame or fork where the caliper bolts on.

have some rep mate, I don't think I'll be able to manage all of that, i suppose it's going to cost a lot if I went to a bike store

www.merlincycles.co.uk are a good place to look for pre-bled systems. They had a full set of LX for £100 or so when I was looking.

www.woollyhatshop.com has some Hayes Stroker Rydes too.
