free timer to help with contractions
POSTED BY: SABJ 6 months, 6 days agoIve got just over 4 weeks to go to have my baby and came accross this it seems really helpfull saves you wrighting them down or getting hubby to keep track,
just click the button when u have a contraction and click it again when it goes and it will store the details for you
cos you know you will be on HUKD when you go in labour haha

From experience, the last thing you'll want to be doing once you go into labour is being sat down. You'll be pacing around the room, cursing your OH all the while.
Still, I suppose it gives your OH something to do while you're suffering  |

true haha i have got 2 children already but dont remember much of what it was like all i remember is getting to 5mins apart and saying get me to labour ward now heehee its a good idea tho in theroy i suppose  |

Depending on how quickly you progress (and you're supposed to be quicker after each child due to softening of the cervix), you might want to just wait until you're 2 in 10 again and get yourself to the hospital
Good luck either way - I hope it all goes smoothly (as smoothly as pushing a baby out can be!) |

Thanks, have made a note as my husband is bound to get confused when writng down the times etc! Good luck with yours, I'm due in 12 days!

timer is a good idea even if only to keep other half involved & feel like he is doing something useful. although our last little one took under 1 hour from 1st contraction to being born in hospital so we hardly had time to drive to the hospital let alone start writting down times LOL. |

easy as giving birth to peas i,d say girls wat r u all on about lol.i have 3 kids and would have another one tomoz if they were easier to bring up . i think these timings r a gd idea .  |
