Aldi Powercraft Pressure Washer 2.1KW £59.99 (was £89.99)

£59.99

72°

FOUND BY: anewman 5 months, 4 weeks ago

Patio, decking, caravan, car wheels this super-powered washer will leave them dazzling bright at the squeeze of a trigger.

* Induction motor
* Integrated detergent tank
* Comprehensive accessories pack including rotary wash brush, spray gun with 6m high-pressure hose and spray lance with dirt blaster

This was a special a month ago so stocks may be limited and it may be a case of wherever stores have stock. May be worth calling ahead if you're making a special trip. Got mine from Leeds Beeston Ring Road store next to B&Q. Was last one on display but they only had room for one, so it's possible they had more out back.

(rebranded Karcher)

EDIT: IMPORTANT: Apparently in some stores this is still £89.99 so if calling up to check stock also confirm price.

Cant vote cold on this.

I have one and they are DEFINITELY karcher.

They work well and come with good accaesories but as usual the rotating brush will stop if too much pressure applied. Quite normal.

My ONLY gripe is that being tall I have to stoop to pull it along. An extending handle would be an obvious improvement but that is it's only fault. Hurts like hell when you put hand 2 feet along the jet.

Not sure (Being lazy) if it is mentioned in the spec but there is an attachment that has the rotating jet and that REALLY works well. ..Just checking and that'll be the dirt blaster, I expect. ............Sounds like an aeroplane buzzing overhead.

Vote cold and clearly you have no idea what you are talking about, even at the RRP they are a steal. I've had a couple of Karcher machines and these are much better. Only thing I would say is that the Karcher tools are better so if you are replacing a Karcher keep the tools and use them.
Hot!!!

Yeah I saw the Tesco one, they had plenty on the shelf in store today. Accessories look the same appart from the tesco one has the patio cleaner instead of rotary brush. The Aldi one is slightly more powerful though.

Link included for info. Check the date on the page in the link.

Surely if they are Karcher the tools would also be Karcher they wouldnt sell an item rename it then pay millions for some far east company to create the tools.

They are widely reported to be manufactured by Karcher or a subsidery of. Regardless of that, the fact is these washers are brilliant and IMHO better than a much more expensive Karcher. People are too sucked into the brand name of Karcher - they aren't the be all and end all of pressure washers.

It's widely reported they are made by Karcher for Aldi. Obviously I can't prove it, but I'll believe these other people. See http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=69619 or http://briskoda.net/styling-car-care...6/#post1658059 for example

Bargain, these are made by Karcher. This was stated on the Aldi website about a year ago when they were on sale previously. Voted hot.
