you don't have to pay anything on your purchases for 1 year.

but clear or transfer your balance after 1 year or you'll get charged their rate of interest at that time.

PraxxtorCruel, this may not appeal to you, but there are lots of people, especially families who trade in their clubcard vouchers for 4 times their value in deals.

or there are lots of ways where you get double their value at tesco, wine, clothing, mobile top-up

U can pay for a lot of things including holidays at Cosmos,Eurotunnel trips,magazine subscriptions,hotels,theme parks etc etc.Probably the best thing though is there are regular deals where u get 'extra 500 points' if u spend £50 etc (which equates to £20 of deals).
Basically a lot of people are using these various deals to have a nice holiday each year just using the vouchers.

Simply put, clubcard vouchers are worth an average 3.4 times as much if you redeem them on Tesco's 'Deals'. (Tesco says its 4 times, but its not quite that much as that's valuing at list price, whereas my 3.4 is based on the readily available price)

I like the sound of this credit card as i collect clubcard points for family days out.

I have just had a look on the website and wondered if anyone can clarify this point?

Does this mean that for each £4 you spend you get 5 points (so if i spent £100 on groceries i would get 125 clubcard points?) or is it each time your transaction is over £4 you get 5 points (if spent at Tesco)?

I think that it's including the 1 point per pond you'd get anyway. So 4 points as usual + 1 point for using the credit card. It used to be 1 point for every £2 spent on the credit card.

Each £4 you spend you get 5 points, BUT ONLY IN TESCO

otherwise 1 point for £4 elsewhere.

Plus have a separate clubcard , from which you also get 1 point for every £1

It is worth getting one just to use for food shopping at Tesco. I currently have a cashback card, but if i can get 5 points for every £4 spent at Tesco then i will apply for one.
