Micro Machines V4 for PS2 - £4.98 instore or £5.98 delivered (Gamestation)

I know that's just your opinion, but most of the reviews found plenty of faults with it and rated it as mediocre.

Shame hardly any other PS2 games I like bother with 4 player and multitap support - would be better for me on one of the "4 player" consoles I already have extra controllers for.

Still might be worth a go for a fiver though. Is it definitely that price in store or did you just get it off the site? They haven't always matched in my experience.

When you say "most of the reviews... rated it as mediocre", over half of those reviews you linked to gave it 7/10 or more with less than a quarter of them giving it less than 6/10. Not getting at you, just saying!

Obviously if you're a serious gamer into your RPGs or FPSs then you may not be too impressed with it, but when it comes to fun multi-player PS2 games there aren't a vast number of choices. I'd say this is one of the better ones, if you enjoyed the original Micro Machines games then you can't go far wrong, especially for a fiver!
