Archos AV 700 40GB £134 In-Store Using Voucher

I got mine from Old Kent Rd store a few days ago. They have voucher booklets instore too, I got £15 off

I have the voucher booklet in my hand and didn't think of looking in there, the archos is still sealed so im going back to get £15 off many thanks

Got one of these for the sam price at Staples too, last one.

My local store isn't that big and didn't see any MP4/MP3s on show, asked and the guy went and got it, so worth asking.

I have been using a Samsung MP4 player for about 6 months now and it's great for the tube to and from work. This one is quite large though.

c00li0 how do you find the AV 700, is the video playback and sound quality good, mine is still unopened as I want to claim the £15 off using the voucher.

Would you mind giving a bit more info on the vouchers... Is it an A4/A5 booklet and where did you find them in store?

Vouchers for me were in a catalogue style bin/display at the front of the store as I walked in. They are about 4inchesx2inches. Just ask for the voucher booklet instore if needbe.

I haven't played with it yet. I also got a 50 inch Plasma this week so I have been XBox360ing like crazy. I know with my Samsung the picture is fine, just a bit of clayface but no lag. The Archos is big though and reasonably heavy. But if you think you will have the time (like I do with the tube) then this is great. It has a dock to connect to the TV and a remote control too. I believe it uses Windows Media Player which is c@ck at best. And if it's like my Samsung, will take a while to sync. To sync approx 20hours of video format onto it, I leave it overnight.

Just phoned the Bolton store and they have none, the guy on the phone said he's been getting about 6 calls a day on this. They got some in a while ago and they all sold out really quickly and they won't be getting anymore in

Where is this from Staples, please help with the link. This look like a great deal.

Umm, that review has put me off a bit - i was looking for this to replace my psp with a bigger screen.
