Brighton Stag Weekend....on Father's day weekend...

OK, so my mate is getting married in July and the best man is "organising" a stag weekend in Brighton.... Except his definition of organising is booking a hotel and a bit of paintball... "whoopee do" i hear you cry!

Anyway, in order to avoid the weekend being as memorable as a vanessa feltz strip tease can you guys recommend some decent bars where

1. they won't mind a group of guys or where we could get in by splitting up
2. won't mind one of my mates on crutches since he broke his foot on sunday (how unlucky?)
3. will be a great atmosphere

Finally, is Oceania the best club in Brighton? Should we end up there at the end of the evening?

Oh, and any ideas on a Father's day gift i can leave behind?

im from brighton and its hard to get in any pub/club in a group of more than 3. we always have to split up

but the bouncers will still generally let in groups of 3 guys or less? whats the max number you think we should split into?

split up into 3's, dont stand out too much i.e drunk roudy, best bet is to go to creations, its the biggest one with about 20 different rooms with every kind of music

thanks for the advice.

apart from creations - are there any other bars? (I'm practically organising this due to the best man having the organisational skills of half the chuckle brothers)

Uuuummm.....Isn't Brighton well known for having clubs that are predominantly filled with groups of men. I'm sure one or two would welcome some "new blood"

HoneyClub is pretty good.
What sort of age/music tastes?
Theres always Tru, its pretty scummy but its big would probs let you all in and spoons is very close and drinks are cheap.

the clubs that are like that are specific - the rest are teeming with ladies who are always up for it... basically because there are not a lot of straight men go there for a night out cos they think exactly what you just said!

we're all mid-late 20's... except the groom who is "grandad" at 30.....

where is honeyclub? is it on the seafront? might stay away from spoons as they can often be full of chavs....

Can anyone from Brighton tell me what the Babylon Lounge is as a club? We are a small group of lads in fancy dress and it would appear not many clubs will admit you.....
