Yes but as already has been discussed in a previous thread the software licensed via this subscription is for development use only not for use on standard machines

If you want to develop on it, you will need the pricier MSDN subscription. Technet is simply for evalutation only. You are not even supposed to surf the net or write an email on the Technet licence.
