altho u save £38.22 by building it urself i think its a cracking deal for those who dont know how to build a pc and save u time building one. voted hot. good start for a gaming pc considering it has a 4850! i would put xp 64 bit on it if i had this.

Blimey, you must have had a bad experience! This is the first desktop Ive bought from them as I normally build my own but ive never had any issues on items ordered and delivered (although Ive never had faulty gear from them).

Just wait to you need to deal with their CS. The worst company I have ever, ever, ever dealt with.

The prospect of buying a PC from them would make me vomit.

If things are OK, they are a great supplier. When things go wrong, they just tend not to give a ****. I used them on and off for a few years, being local, but after a particularily bad experience I stopped. Had a faulty CPU from them a few years ago, they insisted it was OK. Took it back twice, both times they kept it a week then said it was fine. On the third return I had a bit of an argument, and asked to see it running. They tried to refuse, then said I'd have to wait a further week. When I finally went in to see it the CPU was found to be faulty and replaced, funny that.

In all this probably cost me over £50, as I had to buy a replacement for the system I was building for someone and then didn't sell the new one on for a while. I will never use them again.

Customer service being bad, you guys forget that there's a 1 year on-site collect and return warranty (worth £38?)

CS may not be great, but they will eventually have to help in some way.

Are they really that bad? They have their own message board and alot of people seem to be praising them over there. Has anyone actually had rough experiences they like to share?
