Now £186.15. Stunning monitor mine arrived this morning Thursday 25th.
No stuck or dead pixels .. no bleeding .. perfect!

Price has dropped from £179 original post to £167.41 inclusive of VAT & delivery once through the checkout stage!

Good find yasseral1 heat & rep. ... great monitor highly recommended.

But it's still rip off Britain as this monitor is only $219 (£133.30) in the USA!

Erm .. I didn't notice the $ price was exclusive of tax!

However US sales tax seem to vary between 8.25% - 9.75%. Not our VAT rate of 15%!

So the American public still benefit from lower taxes & lower retail prices for consumer goods.

So even @ 9.75% sales tax .. it's still only $240.35 .... £146!

As I stated above .. rip off Britain!

A good buy also .. as you say the Acer doesn't have an HDMI input.
Guess it's down to personal choice as both use a TN panel and benefit from a 3 year warranty.

Might be a good idea to put "24" in the subject line in case some people dont realise it is 24".

It is mentionned in the tags at the bottom, but nowhere else.

I know it is a S2409W, but people dont always look at these product numbers.

It's a good monitor, I bought it last time it was on offer I would definitely recommend it - good size, great resolution and good picture quality to boot.

The one posted above (V243) seems like a better deal for me at least. I don't have a HDMI graphics card or a mobo that would run sound through it anyway.
