Installed Cydia
Installed Winterboard

However,

I download a game from a site
I add file to Itunes
Then i sync > i get an error message saying it cannot be added?

Mine did that at first just keep changing setting it will work eventually. I don't know what i did but keep at it mate.

p.s I still want an iPhone

Go to Cydia, go to sources, edit or add a source: "hackulo.cydia.us"

Then go once added restarrt cydia

Navigate to sources then go on to hackulo

Then install 3.0 patch

Now you can install games download from net.

Sorted so it adds apps etc....however now when he adds a theme via cydia it doesn't appear on the phone,
it's in winter oard. But can't apply it to phone

The jailbreak is incomplete. The kernel vm_mem patch is not present so Winterboard will not work as some other critical tweaks. (SBSettings does work!).

My cousin wants me to get him some ringtones on his iphone because his pc broke, but the thing is i am pretty sure his iphone will be wiped when connected to my laptops itunes, what do you recommend for getting a ringtone on to his iphone? I thought about maybe emailing him it and he opens it on his iphone?

You could create another profile on your computer, and use a ipod grabbing software to grab his songs and then add themm to itunes on the new profile.

Then add new ringtone.
