EXPIRED - Can i get in touch with a mod?

I think i might have been duped by a rogue trader and would like to get his email address so i can go through pay pal to get his address.

I would like to get in touch with a mod to discuss more!

Well i don't think paypal would at all, but it's worth a shot i guess?

All i have are his bank details (where i transfered the money to) and name and no address. If i dont receive the item by next week, i'm going to get my lawyers to send him a letter.
