21 days delivery. Poor work from Argos. Anyone who wants it will want it now, not when the weather cools.

Could you give some details about use? I'm interested about noise level. The one I have at the moment (it's a Delta) is as noisy as a helicopter and I can't hear the telly when it's on.

Hey Adjamski, Did you need to install anything to use it? Like, did you need to put a hose through a window or into a sink or something?

It will need a vent, either through a hole in the wall or a pipe out a window.

http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/43201...er-12-000-btu/ is probably a better buy for £99.

Who uses these beasts for heating?

This deal is a better buy than the £99 jobbie. Believe it or not, spending an extra £30 to get all year round functionality doesn't make it a cold deal. I bet you buy the 'blue line' brands in tesco because you think cheaper is always better, right?
I'd rather have both functions in the same unit, so I bought this one rather than the other cheaper one.
