Wow, Serious Pain

Just got back from pre-season football training.
Two hours of hardcore fitness. It's not for the light hearted.
I've just had an ice bath but I know my muscles are going to be killing tomorrow.

I'm getting fitter and stronger though and I'm gunna get us promoted this season!

Who's putting bets on 30 goals+?

yeah but a good pre season will mean that towards the tail end of the season when your chasin down that 40th goal( why aim for 30, don't be modest) and promotion you'll still be fresher than pimped out camaro.

LOL. If I get 30 goals I know we will get promoted as my striker partner is one of the best players I have ever played with and he will get ATLEAST 20 goals.

TBH after last season I'm surpised that a bigger team has not tried to sign me but it's probably because I'm young so would be seen as a bit of a gamble. I'm happy to stay though.

And I'm strength training on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Promoted, what lol?

If you mean 'why hasn't he moved to a bigger club?' it's because it's his local club and he's been playing for us for a while. He's had the chance to move a few times but he's rejected the opportunity.
