Title and last line say Instore, unless you spotted and were being sarcastic.

well the thing is its only £180 so if it breaks its not a majaor loss. If i ere tobuy this i would use it as a spare laptop or something for the kids to destroy and spill coke over. Just hope it lasts a couple of months before it gets wrecked. Compnents wise, they seem ok i would be worried about how the parts are put together, quality of motherboard and the laptop chassis. maybe invest into extended warranty option.

£180 is a great price for a laptop. If its not right good at least you can use it for browsing the internet and a few other things.

It might not be the best spec in the world, but then it is only £180, and for that you're getting a true laptop, not a netbook, with a decent size screen, and keyboard. If it was me, I'd remove Vista, and install XP, as you won't get great performance using Vista on this spec. For those on a budget, like myself I think this offers a lot for your money, and will be a very useful machine.

So I vote it HOT, because for the price of a decent Netbook, you actually get a pretty good Laptop. You can say it's rubbish, because it's an 'eMachine', but then with the average price of laptops being much lower in recent years, all manufacturers are building to the lowest price, just to make money, and that means cutting corners on spec and build quality, just like most consumer electronics.

It will include a free upgrade to Windows 7 as any Vista Machine purchased after 26 June gets a Home Premium upgrade. Hot just for that!
