Same here. I had this problem last night too.

Have contacted customer services on both ocassions but no reply.

update - just received this reply from yesterday's query:

"Please accept my sincere apologies, we were experiencing some Technical problems on the site which has now been
resolved. Unfortunately this offer has now expired so unfortunately we cannot send anymore out."

Hope they don't wait until tomorrow to respond to today's query!

Update 4.15pm - still cannot get order processed. Emailed them back but no reply!

Couldn't order stuff last night from the site.

Some good deals, got the hrm watch no problems. The sunglasses look good today but not for me as I wear prescription glasses.

I got some PC game as a free gift. Don't put too much on the free gift. Prices on this site have been good so far. I Ordered a few things last week but haven't received them yet so not so sure about the service.
