Playing Youtube on PSP ?

Can this be done?
My other halfs sister has a PSP and has tried to run videos from Youtube but it says it doesnt have the license to run java script or Adobe?
it then does have a link to download the Adobe but we dont know what OP version is on it

Is there a way around this and what is the newest version for the PSP, can this be downloaded from the net via WiFi or from a link to the comp?
