EXPIRED - IM FUMING! ebay buyer who didnt pay leaves me NEG feedback

my blood is at boiling point now, a buyer who didnt ask questions about postage, then wins refused to pay as " postage should be the same to me as to Aust" well it wasnt! cancelled the sale as to avoid neg feedback , relisted the items with amended postage charges the " buyer " sends constant emails about the postage charges, so i told her that as she didnt pay for the item its of no concern to her what i charge. and now she leaves me a neg and totally ruins my 100%. emailed ebay to remove the feedback but im still fuming.

I believe if you file a dispute for a none payer then they cannot leave negative feedback and you can get it removed.

thats what i thought, it works the sames with the new cancel sale thing ebay started, what makes it worse is i cant leave her neg feedback to warn other sellers.

I had the exact same issue about 6 months ago... some ****** from Portugal bought something from me (totally ignoring the fact that the auction stated postage to UK only at whatever price it was).

I said fine I'll send to Portugal, but the price will be whatever, and he said no, and left me neg feedback.

I opened a dispute, and won it (so got fees back etc), but they said they can't remove the feedback as it is meant as a reflection on how ebay members interact? WTF!!

Was my one and only neg as well (300 positive).* Inappropriate Language removed

No hun, i listed it as ship worldwide, with postage costs to most places, the buyer just assumed the postage would be the same to New Zealand as it was to Austrailia.

and I'd bet neither would have left the negs if the seller could leave one.
Both those buyers deserve negs, but as most people seem to think sellers shouldn't be able to leave negs, as theres never any reason to (see numerous other threads on here!) it will never change!

the prices ARE THE SAME to Oz and NZ

RM divides areas into UK, Europe or Rest of the world.
