Whats the point? Dont you think a zillion people have reported them. Ofcom have as much punch as gordon brown in an EU summit
It's still supposed to be a tangible item even if it is free. This is more like a tip than a deal.
Anyway it's still useful information for people who don't already know this.
OFCOM may not take your individual experience seriously but they do not tolerate companies flaunting their rules. Talk Talk will not want a 50k fine and ofcom can shut them down if they don;t stop doing this. They have been in trouble before.
