7dayshop are still doing the 4 eneloop and charger for £8.49, would it be better to get 4 batteries on there own for £6.99 and then buy this charger?. I havent tried these kind of batteries yet so would appreciate the advice before i order

Where does it say a built in safety timer? Does that mean it will turn itself off after 8hours (and even if it is unplugged during the charge)?

This one is destined as a spare, be kind to your batteries and buy this one , Model BQ-392 , instead for £10 more also from 7dayshop as it is :" these chargers will automatically recognise the remaining capacity and only charge the required amount."

Another great thing is that you can just charge one battery rather than in pairs. if you something like more than £40 worth of rechargeable the advanced featured one will be far superior than a basic one for a few quid.
