I booked with these ***** last Sunday when they had 10% off that "ended at midnight" and two days later they put this offer on and the same holiday I booked was £70 cheaper, a set of ******s in my opinion.

So for me the offer is colder than cold.

Forgot to mention, when I called Thomas Cocks up to challenge them about this, they wouldn't even talk to me about it, "head office said we can't do anything about this.
