I have this cooler, and on the LGA775 motherboards you have to mount it with actual nuts and bolts and an adhesive gasket. It is cool and quiet, but that install is one thing keeping me from doing a processor upgrade - I don't want to have to re-mount that cooler.

I always find that by the time it's necessary to upgrade the processor it's time to build a whole new machine and pass the old one on to someone who needs it. Sounds like a good deal!
