I had bought the laptop on jan 29'2009. The laptop is still over 6 months of warranty. There are NO scratches and it is as new. I have the BOX as well.

@grumpyone - Yep, you are right reg the ebuyer price .... but even now on fleabay it is sold at 355 GBP ....
