Seen this on quidcos opening page you get 8% cashback plus 10% off ! This might not be the best laptop to go for but just an example of how it can be used if you are after a HP.

Starts at £649 with 10% off = £584.10
Then Quidco gives you 8% of £584.10 to bring it down further to £537.37ish

When applied to this laptop u are getting over £100 off... this can be used on any laptop of course.

******Spec will be in the direct link.*******

Heat added. It's a 12" laptop, the point of that laptop is to be portable with very long battery life.

Essentially, a "slightly bigger, more powerful, AMD-CPU netbook".

Good price for what it is. And yes, you could get a 14/15/17" with a better spec for more, but, that's not the point

dv2-1010ea. Same model but lower spec apx £370 with discounts. This puts it against the Samsung NC20. The HP looks pretty snazzy and also comes with a separate portable disc drive, which you may well buy for the NC20 anyway, so this effectively makes the HP a cheaper option. One disadvantage is that the battery only last 2 hours on the HP.

There is also the Compaq Presario CQ61-120SA for apx £344 with discounts, 15", T4200 processor, 3Gb RAM, 250Gb harddrive. HDMI and eSATA port.
