I would rather spend a few more quid and get a decent shower with gurantee and one you can get spare parts for. neutral vote

Whilst £50 is a great price for a 9.5kw shower, you can get a top make shower from Screwfix for less than £70 here:
http://www.screwfix.com/prods/66047/...c-Shower-9-5kw
This makes this less of a deal as it is an unknown brand (granted - it's a 3 year warranty compared to 2 with Triton) but if you're spending money upgrading cables etc to accommodate a 9.5kw, surely you'd be better spending another 20 quid on a branded shower with spares readily available?
Just my oppinion!! No doubt some Aldi supporter will shoot me down!

i think this shower is a Galaxy shower

http://www.galaxy-showers.com/home.htm

which is fully available in the UK

therefore parts shouldn't be a problem

alert electrical have them for sale (usually pretty good on price)

http://www.alertelectrical.com/Elect...ctric-Showers/

the cheapest 9.5KW shower on alert is Galaxy Aqua 3000 (AQ395WC) which is available for £82.22 (inc. VAT)

it could be this one?

My father in law has been trying to get his Aldi shower sorted out for the past year and a half under warrantee.

The store doesn't want to know, the people who the guarantee is with don't want to know and I ended up giving him the one I bought for myself as a replacement so they could have showers again.

Shocking service.

aldi warranties are effectively useless. They dont want to know if it goes wrong.

Save your money and put it towards a decent pumped power shower. Or if you must go electric go for a Mira.

If this is a galaxy shower then there will be no problem with the guarantee - you will get dealt with by galaxy themselves and they are pretty good.

This is a good deal folks.

BTW - My last Mira Sport shower laster 2 and a half years - wont buy one of their overpriced units again
