I got two of these from here last week, one to connect a BT PVR, the other for a Toshiba upscaling DVD player. No problems, they definately made a difference to the picture, i cant comment on the difference between these and some costing ten times as much but i am very happy. Hot from me.

You might just as well buy one of these as one costing 20 times the price. It's a digital signal you're dealing with, and provided there's a decent basic level of construction (which there usually is, even on cheap cables) it's going to come out exactly the same at the other end as it would with a £100 cable.

Pointless to waste money on so-called superior cables - expensive cables are not going to improve your HD picture.

just do a search and you'll find them easily. i ordered one yesterday for £1.60 give or take a couple of pence, and it included delivery. i think the cheapest worked out as 60p for the cable and £1 for delivery. there are plenty of other sizes going cheap too, plenty different traders on amazon doing them. optical cables were also cheap, cheapest was £2.24 i found, it didn't take much to find them either

i don't understand you. i presume you mean you can't advertise them as a deal here, but i'm just pointing out that you can get cables almost half the price from amazon, including delivery. i placed an order yesterday, it was £1.60ish and it was sent the same day by royal mail. i pay amazon, a company i trust, and if i have a problem i deal with amazon, not that i expect a problem to worry myself about over a cheap sub £2 item. there's plenty of people selling cables and stuff like that on amazon, and the ones i pick usually have 100s of feedback and in the 95%+ good feedback, so it's not like i'm buying from a guy working from home. i'm not advertising the deal, just pointing out that you can get cheaper elsewhere, from a reliable source, and without hassle. i don't like ebay but i trust play and amazon marketplace sellers if they have a good feedback. i'm not naming any names in particular as there are so many with similar prices for items like cables and small/cheap pc accessories and parts

yeah, but the delivery is £1.60! lol there's 100s of things on amazon at 1p but with the real price hidden in the delivery. a bit pointless as amazon show the delivery included price, unless they are avoiding refunds from the DSR, but who would bother trying to return a £2 item
