o2 sims 22/2

FOUND BY: badwolf 2 years, 10 months ago

Just complete the form below and you will get 500 FREE texts every month. Or, if you're more of a talker than a texter, you may prefer to select one of the other free allowances available with your Online Pay & Go SIM. Choose either 100 FREE anytime any UK network minutes or 150 off-peak any UK network minutes every month - the choice is yours. Details of how to select the option you prefer will be sent to you with your SIMs. Whichever you choose, you'll also get 1MB free browsing and downloading every month, and lots more.

Remember, this offers only available online, so make sure you let all your friends know too.

If you want more than one SIM, say now because we can only accept one order per household.
Offer subject to availability.

Do they come with any credit??
I had used them before, once you register your details on their website, they give credit your sim with £2.50..

They do mention that your mobile SHOULD BE in credit to receive this 'complementary' credit of £2.50, but they had loaded my sim card, even it was not in credit (Balance £0.00)

Few days back, I received a pack of 4 and I registered my details on their site, but they did not load it with the credit £2.50.

Any thoughts on this???

This is not a hot deal.

"Just complete the form below and you will get 500 FREE texts every month"

No. This sentence (taken from the O2 webpage) is absolute rubbish.

Complete the form, pay O2 "between 15 and 29 quid a month" (according to their T&Cs), and then you'll get 500 texts a month.

I'm not saying it's a con, but it sure as hell isn't free.

Recently, I rang up to cancel my pay-monthly O2 subscription, and they agreed to give me a free phone, 500 texts a month, plus 200 x-net minutes for 15 quid a month.

You get a much better deal threatening to leave your existing provider, and seeing what they come up with, rather than going for these so-called free SIM cards.

Sorry, but these SIM's are free and some of us like to PAYG even if it works out a little more expensive. If you're not able to get credit too, these are great!

Thanks for your opinion though

It does say that you have to pay a minimum payment each month to get the free text -

A minimum monthly top-up is required to obtain your free monthly allowance. Top-up between £10 and £14 and get 300 texts, 50 anytime minutes or 100 off-peak minutes. Top-up between £15 and £29 and get 500 texts, 100 anytime minutes or 150 off-peak minutes. Top-up £30 or more and get 1000 texts, 150 anytime minutes or 300 off-peak minutes. The inclusive minute allowance can be used for calls made in the UK to standard UK landlines (starting 01 or 02) and UK mobile networks only (excluding 07744/07755 numbers and video calls). The inclusive messages allowance can be used for UK text and UK picture messages. One picture message is equivalent to three text messages. Maximum of 4 SIMs per household. Unused minutes and texts cannot be carried into the next month. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Must be 16yrs or over and be resident in the UK. While stocks last. Use of the SIM card is subject to O2 Online Pay & Go terms and conditions of usage.

thanks for this, a great help as having two sons, as well as two daughters they get through phones like nobodys business, lose them, leave them in strange places, so having plenty of sim cards around is great as always in need of them, as our house always has spare phones kicking around as hubby phone mad and always changing his, so even if works out dearer in long run is great in some cases for emergencys, so thanks for much. x
