Definitely good.

Also beware that you are downloading from rapidshare on which quite a few binaries are full of trojans and bots..
bear in mind Kaspersky 2010 is out too !

Whats the difference between this and the normal Kaspersky you would pay for?

In my experience the keys are usualy intercompatible. I.E. I've so far this year used the same key in kaspersky 7, kaspersky 2009 and most recently kaspersky 2010.

installed it, got the key but only gave me 45 days for a 3 computer licence , no where near 9 months... anyone else have this problem as well
