I have been using them for a couple of years and never had any problems.
I too used them for a while without any problems, was very pleased with them and recommended them to friends and family. Then it all went pear shaped. Orders never arrived, despite cash being taken from account and they are nigh on impossible to get hold of if anything goes wrong.
