You forgot:

Top speed 30mph...

Nice idea but I think I would have the walk the rest of the way to work if it only does 40 miles per charge.

Too bad I have to travel about 20 miles into work, taking in a major motorway. I know that the range is 40 miles on a full charge but I'd have to charge it fully every night and doing 30mph on a motorway is not advisable. I guess I could take a different route that that would only add to my journey time and increase the mileage! I would have gone for this as my Oyster card costs almost £1800 a year!

Cheap, but if you're really serious, and don't mind paying big bucks, you need a Vectrix.

0-50mph 6.8secs and top speed of 62mph.

Unfortunately, range is still only 35-55 mile with a 3-5hr charge.
