+VAT which makes it £25.99. Anyhow I have it on my android phone and erm, it's not very good. It's very slow and will usually tell you to turn just as you have passed a turn. It doesn't multitask very well with other apps either and as in the review mentioned above if you minimize it and then return later it forgets where you are going and starts again so if you need to make a call halfway through a journey you need to stop and enter your destination again. I'd only want to use it in an emergency rather than an everyday satnav.

£22.99 for upgrade also.

Have been using Co-Pilot for a few years now and it works perfect. The new additions of 8 look very interesting.

Will be ordering tomorrow, one for my WinMo and one for the G/Fs iPhone...

No such problems on my Windows Mobile Phone.

Would this give you updated maps as mine is 2 years old now with copilot 6 and there is plenty of outdated info.

Question
I have a road that's not shown on my map, can I download a map upgrade ?

Answer
CoPilot live products incorporate the very latest maps supplied by our mapping partner, who also supply maps to the majority of factory fitted in-car Satellite Navigation systems.
We always make sure that each release of CoPilot contains the very most up to date maps available at that time.
NAVTEQ's policy is to survey the roads in every country by driving every road before adding to their maps, and are continually expanding and updating their European Coverage. Most of Western Europe now has near 100% map coverage, although there are some areas that are below this.
New maps will be made available when the next software release comes out for your CoPilot product, and as an existing customer you are entitled to receive a substantial discount on new versions of the software which will contain the most detailed and up to date Maps and Points Of Interest available.
Registered users will be informed directly about new versions and discounts in advance. Alternatively keep an eye on our web site, where details will be published as appropriate http://www.alk.eu.com

I was previously running the copilot 7 trial and can confirm the maps are much more up to date in Ver. 8
