I was looking for a credit card to switch my balance on and was comparing it on moneysupermarket.com and saw this offer, looks to good to be true really as there is no fee at all for balance transfers! and a full 9 months normaly you'd pay between 2.5%-3% fee. This has got to be the best credit card offer for years and defo the best one at the moment!

Plus you get 3months 0% on purchases, standard apr is 16.6% which is not bad.

Hope my credit rating is good enough to get one! i hate being a slave to banks and credit cards but i have no choice im so broke and so in debt, every little helps

BEWARE!!!

I transferred a balance to a Virgin card (which is actually through MBNA) and because i missed one payment date (by about 3 days), they took away the interest free promotion and slapped me onto 26% rate, and because I dumped all my balance onto this card its hard to get another card with sufficient credit to transfer to, since banks seem to be super stingy atm. So I basically got F'ed in the A and lost *alot* of money.

Thats your fault not theres , and pretty much standard across all credit card companys.

If you phone them they do let you off once and give you a ticking off and tell you not to do it again

set up a direct debit they only ever take out £25 as the mininum payment

Easy solution. Just set up a direct debit to pay the minimum each month

Virgin also let you do super balance transfers on their cards, so if you don't have a balance you need transferring to it, you can take the full amount from the credit card, stick it in your current account, and put it in a high-interest saver for the duration of the 0%, make a bit of money from the credit card company :D
