i had trouble with that company recently..failed send out my goods..then we emailed no reply..telephoned told them cancel..not cancelled so rang again lame excuse person deals with it on leave.

then got email saying no refund due as no money taken,wasnt case gone from paypal and bank account, we finally had dispute it on paypal get £70 back for our order. So i wont be using them again which is shame because got some good products at decent low prices.

I agree with ‘rolandhyatt’ I order 2 packs of 8 Fusion razor blades from this company and after a 3 week delay they delivered 2 packs of 4 blades with saving cream. I asked for a refund as these were not the goods I had ordered.
After several emails to which I got no response, I got on to my credit card company. They said I had to return the goods at my expense and ask Chemist Direct for a refund. Only after I had done this would they try and get my money back but they would not be able to say for sure that I would be reimbursed and the return postage would not be claimable.
It took a lot of pushing from me before my credit card company refund my money and then only after saying I would contact the CEO asking why they condoned fraud.
