I always see this holding a higher price along with Mario galaxy on the Wii. Hopefully someone will make use.

There high price will be because of people needing this to install homebrew. It might start to drop now that bannerbomb doesn't need it.

Great price? For a game thats been out for almost 2 years?

I dont think so.

Like COD4 this game should be investigated by trading standards for price fixing because it should be in the bargain bin for a fiver by now.

Its not just this game. As I said COD4 is just as bad and on the back of that IW decided that they would profiteer nicely on MW2 by charging £54.99 retail for it.

Digging a hole here.


But to give an unjustified response, this deal is for the wii version (as you know regardless of our use of parentheses), the Gamecube version due to the fact its rarer and nostalgic value will be more expensive, the price hasn't depreciated due to a basic concept of supply and demand and price elasticity, like COD 4 it's a quality game without competitors they can and deserve to charge as much as they want. A good deal does not depend upon price vs age, its price vs current market.

In theory it should be much lower as it's been out so long but as it's still a top seller and holds it's price and this is the cheapest around it's therefore a "hot deal". Bargain bin games are usually crap, hence why they end up in the bargain bin, this is not the case with this, and Mario Galaxy & Mario Kart etc.
